Mobility is a form of movement to increase the stability and active range of motion in your joints. It's very dependant on your mind, because your brain can limit or increase the range of motion in all of your joints. If you're not able to control your muscles, you're not able to improve your mobility.
You might be someone who lacks structure in the gym. Perhaps you’re a newer lifter and you have no idea what exercises or workouts to do, or why. Maybe you’re an experienced lifter who has lost the excitement and is simply going through the motions.
Now, I’m a bit biased, but I think the courses offered here are the best ones to get you bigger and stronger, no matter what your experience level. But that’s a little bit of a problem, because it makes it really hard to choose just one!
